Thanks Brendan but believe it or not its not quite that bad. It will get to around 40 at Christmas. It is only so hot for 6 wks, most of the time it is just perfect. Now it is like the Irish summer which suits me great.

We go to Walpole for NY which is about 120k south and much cooler, in the Bush and we so love it. We all have a great time so I am settling down grand enjoying the good cool times.
